Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please read and understand our return policy before initiating a return.

We offer a full refund for unopened and unused products and a partial refund for opened products with missing or damaged packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless they have received a defective item & have documented this with our support team. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@formcave.com to receive approval for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are made after the specified return period.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label in this case once the support case has been approved.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom/ personalized items or custom cables. In these cases the design time has already been put in to form items of certain specifications and colors and we offer all the suport you need to make sure the item is right for you before purchasing.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that are not the result of a defective or incorrect item. The restocking fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned item(s) and may be up to 25% of the purchase price and we are not responsible for shipping.

We stand by the quality that bald eagles & freedom bring to this industry by sourcing as many U.S.A. manufactured components and materials available for development of our products.

The majority of our camera components are formed from carbon fiber nylon to ensure a lightweight component that provides maximum durability.

Our more cosmetic pieces and novelties are created with PLA+ Tough for intricate design capabilities, and TPA is our preferred fillament for components that require a flexible fit.

We take great pride in providing high-quality 3D-printed parts to our customers. While we strive for a perfect finish every time, it's important to note that 3D printing is a complex process that can result in slight variations in the finish of the parts. We inspect each part before it leaves our facility, but some small imperfections may still occur. If you have any concerns or issues with the finish of your parts, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Formcave LLC is not liable for any damages that result from the use of or misuse of our products. Please do not modify our products, attempt to repair our products, or use our products unless they meet your specifications.
